Returns Policy

Russell & Hodge produce the finest handmade bespoke shirts and it is our sole intention to ensure that you are completely happy with every aspect of your online purchase. If you are not totally satisfied please contact us and follow the process described below:

Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund or exchange if returned in their original condition within 14 days after receipt and with proof of purchase. Refunds will only be made against the credit or debit card used in the original purchase. Goods must not have been worn or washed.

Instructions

Please indicate whether you require a return or exchange and the reason for return. Russell & Hodge cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.

Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
